If you’re just beginning, it can help to choose a short time, such as five or 10 minutes.

3) Notice your body
You can sit in a chair with your feet on the floor, you can sit loosely cross-legged, you can kneel—all are fine. Just make sure you are stable and in a position you can stay in for a while.

4) Feel your breath
Follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.

5) Notice when your mind has wandered
Inevitably, your attention will leave the breath and wander to other places. When you get around to noticing that your mind has wandered—in a few seconds, a minute, five minutes—simply return your attention to the breath.

6) Be kind to your wandering mind
Don’t judge yourself or obsess over the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in. Just come back.

7) Close with kindness
When you’re ready, gently lift your gaze (if your eyes are closed, open them). Take a moment and notice any sounds in the environment. Notice how your body feels right now. Notice your thoughts and emotions.

So let's imagine you asked me how you started reading . When I was beginner I started reading books which I like or something I want to learn specific then I chose book and start reading that's how this will help you as well to grow interest in reading. Hoping this will help you as well ALSO you don't need to read books for hours as beginner but you only need to read at least 10 min a day . Don't make reading a burden this way it's not gonna help so remember it and enjoy your books and learn from them 🤓 .

Now we have another topic physical health. I'm not saying you build a massive body. I'm just saying you have to stay active by your brain as well as by your body.  Let assume you are a beginner in this  Always remember as beginner you have to start with small step to grow to that point where your teacher or coach is present. You don't need to take big steps you can make  there by small steps but multiple times .

I will suggest you that you only have to do is pull push and squats . Now don't make any assumption about me right now you are thinking that will this be enough for exercise . Let me explain 
  • Push
You have to start with pushups . You can try different types of pushups which you can and  make sure to raise your strength by increasing difficulty of your pushup . This will help you to gain some core strength and biceps.

  • Pull
Pullup are difficult exercise so remember your strength then choose your pullup exercise there are many pullup exercises with different difficulty levels . And this one also increase your biceps and core strength.

  • Squats 
In above exercises we talked about upper body so now let's do something for your legs . In this exercise you have to play with intensity (number of squats). Here you can also try different types of squats with different level of difficulty.

Benefits of exercise are.
  1. Improve your memory and brain function.
  2. Protect against many chronic diseases.
  3. Lower blood pressure and improve heart health.
  4. Improve your sleep quality.

I think this point is the major problem among our generation. We spend our majority of time in social media and get affected by fake people or so called cool peoples in social media . Or we just try to show-off to people and get affected by other's show-off . And another point is your friends ofcourse , your toxic friends who try manipulate in you in any way and think of their benefit only.

You have to minimise your use to reduce the side-effects. I know this will gonna be hard for you . My most effective way to deal with this problem is , you have to spend time on another things like reading or working on your hobby. And try to avoid screen-time as much as possible you can use alternative for mobile application for example you use note app for scheduling your day or anything so you can use a real notebook ETC...

They are the one of big problem because as much time you spend time with people like them you start to feel dumb, losser,loss self-worth, self-esteem and more effect on mental health. So find them in your friend circle and try to make distance from them for better future and growth in life. They will gonna try to pull you down in everything.
